In 2024, during a conversation about the future of multilingual learners and the educators who had devoted their lives to them, the Founder and CEO of Summit K12 paused. Surrounded by stories of tireless advocacy, groundbreaking research, and classroom courage that too often went unrecognized, he reached for the nearest thing he could write on — a napkin — and sketched a single idea:
“A Hall of Fame for Multilingual Education.”
It was not just a concept.
